Lester’s is a fully licensed abattoir and processing facility. We are a service-based, locally-owned business helping provide you and your customers with a high-quality product. It’s never too early to secure your dates especially between our busiest season (mid-August to November. Use our simple booking form to request processing dates. Please refer to our schedule for livestock processing days.

Less than 300 lbs Cost per head $170
300-900 lbs Cost per head $225
901-1100 lbs Cost per head $250
Greater than 1100 lbs Cost per head $320 *Older than 30 months add $40 SRM fee
PIGS
Less than 210 lbs:
1 to 4 pigs $80 per head
5 to 9 pigs $75 per head
10 to 15 pigs $70 per head
Over 15 pigs $65 per head
210-299 lbs:
1 to 4 pigs $90 per head
5 to 9 pigs $85 per head
Over 10 pigs $80 per head
300 lbs+
$100 per head
BBQ pigs less than 150 lbs $90
BBQ pigs larger than 150 lbs $100
*Coloured pigs + $10 per head
*Sows needing to be skinned + $50 per head
CUT, WRAP & FREEZE
In addition to processing, we provide expert cut & wrap, smoking & sausage making services.
