Older than 30 months add a $40 SRM fee

SHEEP

PIGS

Less than 200 lbs:

$75 per head

200 - 249 lbs:

$85 per head

250 - 299 lbs:

$95 per head

300+ lbs:

$125 per head

BBQ pigs less than 150 lbs $90

BBQ pigs larger than 150 lbs $100

Coloured pigs  + $10 per head (if the head slaughterman deems excessive labour)

Needing to be skinned  (too big to scold) + $50 per head

Load out fee for slaughter only, $10 per pig

CUT, WRAP & FREEZE

Custom: $1.35/lb

Standard: $1.25/lb

Sheep / Goat: $80 minimum ( based on 50 lb carcass weight ) $1.60 lb CWF on carcasses over 50 lbs

Cured Ham & Bacon (includes slicing): $3.75/lb

Slab Bacon: $3/lb

Sausage (fresh): $3.25/lb
