Welcome to our streamlined custom cutting ordering system. We have created this online order system in order to save you time and ensure an efficient and accurate process. Make it quick & easy with our Butchers’ Preferred Cuts. Created by our master butchers’ with most popular and best value choices. You can review our curated cut list when you select this option. After review all you’ll need to do is add your personal information and yours sheets will be automatically filled. If you have a more specialized request then please select from our list of custom cut sheets. You can enter all your options using our online form and add any special comments or requests.

All cutting orders must be received 48 hrs in advance of your animals slaughter date. Any orders not received by the time livestock moves to the cutting room, ‘Butchers Preferred Cuts’ will be the default.
